Volunteer Tools for Youth Sports Organizers

Fill every concession shift. Know who showed up.

Set your game-day and tournament jobs, let adult volunteers sign up in seconds, and keep the hours.

This page is for the adults who make youth sports happen: league organizers, team parents and booster volunteers. The shifts are for adults, and no child's details go on the site.

What you run, and how the site helps

Concession stands

Open, stock, sell and clean up are separate shifts, and they repeat every game day.

How the site helps: Give opening, stocking, selling and cleaning up their own shifts, and adults sign up for the ones that fit them, with reminders before game day.

Field days and tournaments

A tournament needs setup, scoring tables, parking help and cleanup.

How the site helps: Plan the tournament into phases, tasks and shifts, so setup, scoring tables, parking help and cleanup each have a spot.

Cleanup and field work

Spring field cleanup and fall wrap-up go better with a list of jobs.

How the site helps: Write the cleanup as a checklist with a timeline, so every job has an owner.

Game-day check-in

Know which adult volunteers arrived, and keep hours.

How the site helps: Check adult volunteers in and out on a phone or tablet, and the site keeps their hours.

When a family or a field needs help

Sometimes the help a team family needs is money as well as hands.

How the site helps: A league that is a connected organization can run a Community Fund for a family going through a hard time or for a field project: gifts go through Givebutter straight to the league, and Neighbor Powered takes no fee and never touches the money.
