Free for every neighbor. One activation fee and one simple subscription for the organizations that serve them — no per-volunteer charges, and free website integration. Organizations that join while our founding offer is open pay 50% less for their first 5 years.

Neighbors and neighborhoods are always free. The activation fee covers software activation, organization and administrator verification, onboarding, branding setup, and network profile creation — not custom web development. Meeting recording includes 60 minutes a month; more is $0.10 a minute. External pass-through costs (identity verification, background screening, SMS, specialized insurance) are always disclosed before use. Our charter organizations, who joined before October 12, 2026, keep their $15 monthly rate for as long as they stay subscribed.
